Caring for your new loaf
When your new loaf has been cut, it will keep on the counter for four days. Do not store the bread in the refrigerator! Your new loaf is best kept in the paper it came in, or with the cut-end loosely wrapped in plastic, face down. This protects the crusty-crust, and prevents the loaf from drying out quicker.
If you prefer a softer crust, our loaves can be stored in plastic bags as well.

Serving the bread for later
If you plan on serving our bread the next day, leave it wrapped in the paper bag in came in on your counter. Prior to serving, heat the oven to 375 and bake for 5-6 minutes.
Freezing your new loaf
Did you bite off more than you can chew? Well, that's ok. If you'd like to freeze the loaf, we recommend slicing the bread before, and placing in two plastic bags to prevent frost burn. In the morning, you can pull slices to toast and have wonderful bread at any time without worry.
