Lemon-Blueberry Cheese Danish - Danish dough topped with a wonderful creamy cheese filling, fresh lemon zest, then a pile of blueberries for a wonderful flavor that welcomes spring.
Three Cheese & Garlic Savory Danish - Our croissant dough with the topping of a cheese béchamel of gruyere, cheddar and parmesan, along with fresh local garlic. Then topped with a bit of cheese before being baked for a crispy finish!
Hot Cross Buns (Friday & Saturday Only) - Six pack of traditional hot cross buns with an English crossing paste, accented with a hint of allspice and lemon zest.
Challah Braids (not pans) Saturday Only - Our traditional Jewish challah in a six strand braid using local eggs & honey, a beautiful loaf for the table and great with many Easter Dishes.

Italian - Crisp, thin crust, long fermented but with the use of a touch of yeast and natural leaven.
Multigrain - A blend of bakery milled organic wheat, rye, oats & sunflower seeds, whole grain and long fermented.
Country Sourdough - Our French style sourdough with a long fermentation and a thick, crispy crust using bakery milled organic wheat & rye.
Cheddar Sourdough -Our country sourdough with the addition of aged Wisconsin White Cheddar.
Miche - Modeled after the French countryside sourdough loaves, we make a large four pound boule using fresh bakery milled spring & winter wheat along with rye for a sensational whole-grain flavor.
Pretzels - German style, dipped in lye with coarse sea salt.
